1. What is Tradie Bits?
Tradie Bits is an Australian-owned ecommerce store that specialises in innovative tools and accessories for tradies. We offer convenient solutions to common problems faced by tradies, while providing the added benefits of free shipping Australia Wide.
2. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only accepted if the item you received has been damaged in transit or not what you ordered. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as "change of mind" or "wrong size." If you believe your product falls under these categories, please email us at support@tradiebits.com.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make the necessary amendments. Please provide us in the email the date you received your order and attach a photo of the damage or defect.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges.
5. What is your shipping policy?

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES: Tradie Bits is not liable if the incorrect address is inputted during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
SHIPPING TIMES: From purchase to your door will take approximately 8-14 days. Please allow sometimes 1-2 days extra depending on your location.
TRACKING INFORMATION: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this tracking order, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”: For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
