No Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind" or "wrong sizing." Refunds are only accepted if your product is damaged or faulty, see below for more information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately with a photo/video if the item you received is defective, damaged, faulty or if you receive the wrong item. If it is evident that the product is faulty/wrong item we will issue you a refund or a resend of the order providing you contact us within 30 days from your order. Please contact us at support@tradiebits.com! We cannot issue refunds or replacements without supporting evidence.
