LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

Tradie Bits are not liable if the incorrect address is inputted during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

If your local carrier resends your order back to us due to incorrect shipping information a resending fee will occur (this does NOT come under free shipping). This is to cover the costs charged from the local carrier to send the package back to us and then the cost to send it back from us to you again plus handling fees. 

SHIPPING TIMES: (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN EXTENDED SHIPPING DELAY BETWEEN 4-7 DAYS CURRENTLY)

From purchase to your door will take approximately 6-12 days. Please allow sometimes 1-2 days extra depending on your location and busy periods. 

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China to your door step! As a small business this allows us to offer free shipping worldwide and the fastest shipping times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive this tracking order please contact us. 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
