Just email support@tradiebits.com with your order number and a quick photo or video showing the problem, and we'll send your replacement out at no cost to you, shipping included.
This guarantee is a bonus on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law. It does not replace them, and a faulty product is still covered after 30 days.
